    In this section, we will discuss how powerful a plant-based lifestyle is and why knowing your “why” will help you stay on track when it comes to eating plant-based. We discuss eating for optimal health and go over a simple practice on how to eat more mindfully. We also discuss the benefits of a plant-based diet and how it can benefit your personal health, the environment, and every being on this planet.

    In this video session, we redefine what food is and should be. We discuss what real food is and what it is not. We go over what foods to limit and avoid. We discuss the nutrients that are a common concern on a plant-based diet and where those nutrients can be found in plant-based foods. And I provide resources on how to know if you are meeting nutritional requirements.

    How long will the course take me?

    This really just depends on how much time you can dedicate to learning and making the recipes.

    We have created three different menus for you to master. Each one includes a staple, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert recipe.

    What kitchen equipment is needed?

    I created this course not wanting students to have to buy a bunch of crazy expensive kitchen equipment.

    That said you will need standard kitchen equipment, a high-speed blender, and a nut milk bag.

    We go over this list in greater detail in the course.

    Can the recipes be made gluten-free?

    All the recipes made in this course are gluten-free! Can I get a whoop, whoop!
