Ingredients
To make basic chia pudding, you only need 2 ingredients!
- chia seeds
- milk alternative
Optional additions:
- date paste or sweetener of choice
- vanilla extract
- ground cinnamon

Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a container with a tight-fitting lid.
Shake vigorously until there are no dry patches of chia seeds and they are evenly dispersed.
Chill in the fridge for at least 20 minutes or overnight. The chia seeds will soak up the alternative milk and thicken into a pudding-like texture.
Serve with your favorite toppings or solo!
